摘要
详细研究了在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,邻氯苯基荧光酮荧光熄灭法测定微量钼的基本实验条件。在 pH4~6的 NaAc/HAc 介质中,当λ_(?)=365nm 时,体系的荧光产生最大程度熄灭时的荧光波长为547nm。钼量在2~80ppb 范围内与体系荧光熄灭的程度呈线性关系。方法简便,稳定性好,用于合金中微量钼的测定,结果满意。
