摘要
利用有限元法对混合磁悬浮球系统中的磁场及磁力进行了数值计算,并利用检测系统对混合磁悬浮球间隙中的磁感应强度、磁场力、控制电流进行了测量.测量数据与计算结果基本相符.研究结果可为进一步改进磁悬浮系统设计和降低控制功耗提供参考.
The finite element method (FEM) is applied to analyze and calculate the magnetic field strength and the magnetic force of the hybrid magnetic levitation ball system, and the magnetic field, force of magnetic field, and control-current are measured in the experimental system. The measured data accord with the calculating results. This investigation can give reference to further improving the magnetic suspension system design and reducing the controller power consumption.
