摘要
本文建立了原子吸收法测定双氯灭痛的新方法。在PH4.6~6.4的溶液中,双氯灭痛与醋酸铜能定量反应生成稳定的螯合物,用氯仿萃取分离后,原子吸收直接测定水相中剩余量的铜,从而间接求得样品中双氯灭痛的含量。该法测定结果同紫外光度法对照无显著差异,方法相对标准为1.96%,回收率在93.2~103.3%之间。方法可靠、适用、选择性好。
A new procedure for determianation of diclofenac sodium in tabellae Gan Mao Tong by AAS is described.Diclofenac sodium reactswith inorganic complex copper(Ⅱ)acetate to form a stable chelate at pH 4.6-6.4.This chelate is extracted with trichlormethane and separated from water phase.Then the Cu in supernatant is determied by AAs,and the concentration of DS in tabelle Gan Mao Tong is obtained.In this new way,the result of determination is the same as UV spectromery,relative standard deviation of single determination is 1.96%,the recoveries are between 93.2~103.3%.The new method is dependable,applicable,the selection is also good.
