摘要
对单用消心痛与联用消心痛和小剂量卡托普利治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效作了对比。两组临床总有效率为６１．９０％和８４．０９％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；心电图有效率为５２．３９％和７７．２８％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；不良反应为７．１４％和４．５５％，表明小剂量卡托普利显著提高硝酸脂类药物抗心绞痛的作用，副作用轻微。
This study included 86 patients with angina pectoris,who were divided into tow groups,the treatment group(TG)and control group(CG),patients in TG(44 patients)were treated with isosorbide dinitrate and the small dose of captopril,while,those in CG(42 patients)with only isosorbide dinitrate,The results were as follows:The total clinical effect of TG and CG was 84.09% and 61.90% respectively(P<0.05),the effect in ECG improvement was 77.28% and 52.39% respectively(P<0.05),the rate of adverse effect was 4.55% in TG and 7.14% in CG.It is concluded that the small dose of captopril can improve the effect of isosorbide dinitrate treating angina pectoris,the rate of adverse effect was small.
