摘要
当前我国地方高校改革步伐正在稳步推进,高校改革的成功以及高等教育的发展离不开一支结构优化、素质优良、创新能力强的教师队伍。以石家庄学院教师地方实务部门挂职锻炼实践为背景,探讨地方高校教师挂职锻炼的意义及其制度构建,以作当下各方对此问题研究之参考。
On the background of the training of Shijiazhuang College teachers in local departments, it discusses the significance of the teachers＇ training in local grass roots and the system building. It offers some reference for some concerned departments.
