云南贯众提取物驱猪蛔虫效果研究及对猪主要生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为猪蛔虫(Ascaris suum)病的防治提供无毒、无残留,对人体无害的高效防治方法,利用云南贯众(Cyrtom ium yunnanense)分离得到的化合物山奈酚-3-a-L-(4-O-乙酰基)鼠李糖基-7-a-L-鼠李糖苷(化合物A)作为试验用药,对感染猪蛔虫的动物进行了药效试验研究。选用15头长白仔猪作为试验对象,试验分A(对照组),B,C,D,E 5个组,每组3头。根据试验效果可选用0.3 mg/kg BW作为化合物A驱除猪蛔虫的推荐使用剂量。试验中通过粪检虫卵计数表明,每克粪便中猪蛔虫虫卵数从用药前的100%下降至35.83%,虫卵数下降了64.17%,每克粪便中虫卵数与用药前相比存在差异显著性(P<0.05)。另外,试验中所检测的血液生化指标在给药前后均没有出现显著性的变化、差异无显著性(P>0.05)。从而可初步推断化合物A对猪的肝脏、肾脏、心脏和肌肉等组织器官没有产生明显的影响。云南贯众提取物化合物A对猪蛔虫病有较好的驱虫效果,且毒副作用小,有望开发成为一种新的驱蛔虫药。 To provide a non-toxic, zero-residue and effective approach to prevent the parasitical Ascaris suum, the effect of kaempferol-3-a-L- (4-O-acetyl) -rhamnose-7-a-L-rhamnoside (Compound A), extracted from Cyrtomium yunnanense, on the the animals infected with A. suum was studied. As the experimental animals, 15 swine were evenly divided into 5 groups of A, B, C, D and E and A was the control group. According to the result, the recommend anthelmintic dose of Compound A for preventing A. suum was 0.3 mg,/kg BW. The examination of A. suum eggs in swine's feces showed that A. suum eggs reduced from 100% to 35.83% per gram of feces after the treatment, and the egg count decreased by 64. 17%, with significant difference (P 〈0.05). Furthermore, no significant difference of hemato-biochemistry indicators before and after the treatment was detected (P 〉 0.05 ). Thus, it was indicated that compound A did not have significant impact on the liver, kidney, heart, muscle and other organs of swine. It is concluded that Compound A, the C. yunnanense extract, has notable anthelmintic effect and less toxin side effect and is expected to being developed into a new anti-Ascaris suum drug in the future.
