摘要
文章首先回顾了我国知识服务系统协同的历史,对知识信息服务系统协同的现实情况进行了剖析;然后,在分析我国创新主体的基础上,提出了面向创新型国家的知识服务系统协同运行框架模型:管理协同、技术协同和人机协同,并就如何推进知识服务协同运行提出了一些思路。
Firstly, the paper made a sumary of the history of coordinated knowledge--service system, and gave an analysis of its situation. Based on the analysis of the subjects of the national independent inovations, the paper proposed the knowledge system synergy operating framework model： Management coordination, technical cooperation and man--machine cooperation in the innovation--oriented country, and list some ideas on how to promote collaborative operating Service.
