摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)分别测定羊奶中钾、钙、钠、镁、铁、锌、铜等元素的含量。结果表明,羊奶中钾、钠、镁、钙、铁、锌、铜的含量依次降低,且RSD均小于1.47%。说明该方法测定羊奶中多种矿物元素的含量简便、灵敏、准确度高。
Seven elements (K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu) in clairy goat milk were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The result showed that the contents of K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu decrease respectively, and using this kind of method to determine the quantity of mineral elements in dairy goat milk is-simple, sensitive and accurate.
