摘要
通过对2008国际滑联短道速滑世界团体锦标赛中、韩两国参赛队员情况、比赛成绩等进行综合分析,指出我国短道速滑女队形成了以王濛为领军人物的新团队,整体水平上升,具有冲击冬季奥运奖牌的优势,但也存在队员年龄偏高,伤病较多,后备人才匮乏,国家投入场馆建设的资金不足等问题。提出重视运动员的文化教育培养,建立校体联合的培养体制;针对地域的特点,政府应加大专项资金的投入;提高教练员的业务水平和职业道德水准,解决困扰队伍发展的制约因素,为备战国家短道速滑队备战2010年温哥华冬季奥运会提供战略决策依据。
By analyzing the skaters＂ performance and competitive results of Chinese and Korean team in 2008 ISU world short track speed skating team championship, the article indicates that Chinese women team has become a new team with the leading role of WANG meng, has a better whole level, has the ad- vantage to win the medals in Olympic winter games. But there are some problems such as the skaters＇average age is older, they have more sports injury, the reserve is lacking, the government fund is short in improving the basic sports establishment. It suggests to enhance the culture education for the skaters, to upbuild the training system of school athletic federation, to increase the government special fund according to regional character, to advance the coaches＇professional level, as a resolvent for Chinese short track speed skating team to prepare the 2010 Vancouver Olympic winter games.
