摘要
粘钢加固是用建筑结构胶将钢板粘贴到构件需要加固的部位上,以提高构件承载力的一种加固方法。粘钢加固技术一方面补充了原构件钢筋的不足,有效提高原构件的承载力;另一方面通过大面积的钢板粘贴,有效地保护了原构件的混凝土,限制裂缝的进一步发展,提高了原构件的刚度和抗裂能力。结合工程实例,对地下室柱子工程加固施工的过程及注意事项进行论述。试验表明,加固后构件的可靠度满足《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》的要求,证明此方法切实可行。
Stick steel fasten skill means use architectural strucutre glue stick steel to it necessary part, in order to improve support power. On one side, stick steel fasten skill replenish the weakness, improve the support power effectiuely; on the other side, by asing stick steel widely, protect structure's concrete, limitcreuk's deuelopment, unprow t. ment's pillar's fasten process and some attention items. The experiment shows after fasten, the power satisfied the Architectural Structure Reliability Design Unique Level, so we can make a conclusion that the method is workably.
