摘要
目的评价X线对泌尿系结石的诊断价值。方法对328例泌尿系结石患者的B超、X线检查结果进行对比分析。结果B超、X线对泌尿系结石均有较高的诊断率,分别为78.7%和89.3%。结论X线诊断泌尿系结石的准确率更高,应为泌尿系结石的诊断的首选方法,同时辅以B超提高准确率。
Objective To evaluate the characteristics of X - ray examination in diagnosis of urinary calculi. Methods The results of B - ultra- sonography and X - ray examination in 328 eases of urinary calculi confirmed by operation were eontrastively analyzed. Results The conforming rate of B - type ultrasonic diagnosis is 78.7%, while that of radiographic diagnosis is 89.3%. Conclusion X - ray examination is especially effective in diagnosis of urinary calculi. X - ray examination is the first choice for diagnosis of urinary calculi, and it may simuhaneously be assisted by B - type ultrasonography in order to raise its accuracy.
