摘要
高校本科教学评估工作是全面提高教育教学质量的重要手段,是贯彻落实科学发展观、办人民满意的高等教育的重要体现。实践证明,搞好高校本科教学评估工作需要处理好"要我评"和"我要评"的关系,处理好评估与学校正常发展的关系,处理好评估过程与评估结果之间等三方面的关系。
The Teaching Assessment in Undergraduate Education is an important method of improving education quality comprehensively. It is also an important expression of implementing Scientific Outlook on Development and having higher education which can satisfy our people. Our practice has proved, in order to do the work well, it is necessary to deal with the three relations well：（ 1 ）＂I am asked to appraise it＂and ＂I want to appraise it＂, （2）the Teaching Assessment and the University Normal Development, （3）the Assessment Process and Results.
