摘要
目的探讨中小强度锻炼对女大学生心理健康的影响。方法采用中小强度健美操锻炼对女大学生进行为期10周的干预实验。结果锻炼后,中等强度组相对于小强度组和对照组在身体自尊、整体自尊和一般生活满意感方面有显著性变化(P<0.05);锻炼提高身体自尊、整体自尊和生活满意感后,还能够促进身体自尊、整体自尊与生活满意感之间的关系。结论中等强度的健美操锻炼在提高女大学生的身体自尊、整体自尊与生活满意感的同时,进而促进女大学生的身体自尊、整体自尊与生活满意感之间的关系。
Objective To discusses the effect of aerobics exercise of small or medium intensity ouphysicae Selfesfeen and life satisfaction to fewate Coilese students. Methods Doing intervention exprement with small or medium intensity of aerobic exercising to female college students. Results There are some notable differences among physical self-esteem, general serf-esteem and life satisfaction on medium intensity group relatively the group of litter intensity and contrast after exercise (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The aerobic exercising with medium intensity could improve the physical self-esteem and life satisfaction of female college students and improve the relationship on physical self-esteem and life satisfaction of female college students.
