摘要
自吸式反应器在工业上越来越受到广泛的应用,对其进行深入的研究对反应器的设计和放大具有重要的意义。本文比较了自吸式反应器与传统反应器操作特性;根据进出叶轮流体的不同,对自吸式叶轮进行了分类,分别介绍了其基本原理;阐述了自吸式反应器的操作特性、流体力学和传质性能的研究进展,包括临界转速、吸气速率、功率消耗、气含率、气液传质系数等;对自吸式反应器研究的发展前景进行了展望。
Gas-inducing reactors (GIRs) have been widely used in industry. The investigation of GIRs is important for their design and scale-up. The characteristics of gas-inducing impellers are compared with the traditional equipment. The gas-inducing impeller are classified on the basis of flow pattern and the basic principles of operation are introduced. The operation characteristics, the hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of GIRs, including the critical impeller speed for the onset of gas induction, rate of gas induction, power consumption, gas holdup and mass-transfer coefficient are discussed. The future research on GIRs is prospected.
