摘要
多孔材料在化工和高新技术领域应用广泛,对其表面进行改性成为近年研究热点。而低温等离子体技术是近来快速发展的材料表面改性技术,在不影响材料基体性能的前提下改善材料表面的物理化学性质,具有广阔的应用前景。在总结国内外科研成果的基础上,介绍了低温等离子体对多孔材料的表面改性原理,综述了现阶段该技术的研究进展,指出了今后研究发展方向。
Porous materials are used widely both in chemical industry and high technology fields, and much attention has been paid to their surface modification. In the last decade, non-thermal plasma (NTP) has been developed rapidly as a technology for surface modification of materials, and has demonstrated great potential in improving physical and chemical properties of the materials without damaging or changing the materials matrix. This paper reviews the research status of the surface modification of porous materials by NTP, and discusses the principles involved in the process. The progress and future directions of surface modification by NTP are also pointed out.
