摘要 对动力波洗涤器进行了数值模拟研究,依据流体动力学原理建立气液固三相耦合模型:即质量、动量、能量和湍动能耗散输运方程,在构造脱硫装置的网格模型基础上,通过有限元数值计算方法,借助流体软件计算了脱硫反应器在不同的液体与气体流量时压力损失,将模拟值与实测值进行了对比,误差较低,表明本模型及其参数具有一定的准确性和可靠性。 This subject is for the numerical simulation of the desulfurization reactor, the theoretical model on calculation of the hydrodynamics parameters is established based on the theory of three phases flow. Here we consider the particle interation with the gas liquid flow. the mass, momentums, energy, turbulent, dissipation and transport equation are solved by finite element method. With gambit modeling software to construct the mesh of the desulfurization reactor and fluid software's strong computing function to compute and predict the pressure of export. The predicted results are agreed well with the experimental data in desulfurization reactor, applicability and reliability of this model were validated.
