摘要
以创新教育理念为指导,分析了目前困扰高校实验室效能发挥、束缚实验室活力的突出问题,通过实例证实了实验室管理体制改革在创新人才培养中的重要作用,提出了以校、院两级管理为主体的实验室管理体制的基本原则,对高校进一步优化实验教学资源配置、规范实验室管理、发挥实验室效能有参考价值。
Based on the innovative concept of education, the paper analyzes the current problems with which colleges and universities are faced in promoting their laboratory performances, confirms the important role that the innovation of laboratory management system plays in the training of innovative individuals by examples, and puts forward that the two-level management as the mainstay of laboratory management system is the basic principle in colleges and universities, which surely will play a very effective role in further optimizing the allocation of teaching and laboratory resources and in standardizing the management of the laboratory.
