IL-17、IL-23与多发性硬化相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 多发性硬化是中枢神经系统炎症性脱髓鞘疾病,免疫机制在其发病中起重要作用。IL-17是由CD4+记忆T淋巴细胞、CD8+细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等多种细胞分泌的一种同源二聚多肽,具有强大的招募中性粒细胞及促进多种细胞因子释放的作用,IL-23是由p40和p19组成的异源二聚体,通过促进炎症因子的释放参与免疫反应。新近研究表明,这两种细胞因子在多发性硬化髓鞘损伤的产生和维持过程中起重要作用,现就其一般生物学特征及其在多发性硬化中的作用做一综述。
