摘要
研究了一种采用直线步进电机控制的数字阀的结构原理及其控制方法,同传统采用旋转式步进电机控制相比,采用直线型直接数字控制,可不用中间转换环节,避免了由于中间转换环节的磨损所带来的控制误差。在控制方法上,采用闭环控制方法,克服了开环控制容易失步的缺陷,达到精密定位控制的目的。试验结果表明采用直线步进电机驱动液压阀的思路是可行的。
The unit construction principle and controlling means of digital valve controlled by linear stepping motor were studied. Compared with the traditional digital valve controlled by revolving stepping motor, this new type of digital valve, without the part of intermediate conversion, avoids the control error caused by the abrasion of the intermediate conversion. With closed loop control as the controlling means, the digital valve avoids the disadvantage of stepout caused by the open loop control and realizes the precise positioning control. The experimental result shows the feasibility of using linear stepping motor as the driver of digital valve.
