摘要
服务质量（QoS）是Web服务在商业应用中是否能够取得成功的关键因素，现有的一视同仁的Web服务机制无法为不同的用户提供区分的QoS支持。该文根据会话（Session）的特点提出一种面向Session的Web QoS控制模型，利用该模型可对Web请求进行身份识别、阶段识别、访问控制等，能够有效地实现Web服务区分。
Quality of Service（QoS） is the key factors in the commercial application of Web services, the existing non-discriminatory mechanism for Web services is not possible to provide specific QoS support for different users.
