摘要
以80%乙醇作提取剂对20种常见饮用花中的总黄酮类物质进行提取,然后采用流动注射化学发光法对总黄酮的抗氧化性与稳定性进行研究。实验结果表明:各种花的黄酮提取物都具有一定的抗氧化作用,且有较好的稳定性,其中芍药花、金莲花、玫瑰王黄酮含量明显高于其他17种花,三者的黄酮含量分别为8.15mg/g、7.79mg/g、7.78mg/g(以干重计),抑制率分别为91.0%、82.6%、82.5%。
The effective component flavon was extracted from 20 kinds of flowers by 80% ethanol. The antioxidant activities of the crude extracts of 20 flowers and their stability were also studied by flow injection chemiluminescence analysis. The results showed that all of the crude extracts of flowers had antioxidant activity and high stability. And the contents of the flavonoids flom peony, canary-creeper and rose king were of 8.15mg/g, 7.79mg/g, and 7.78mg/g respectively, which were higher than others. Besides, their inhibition rates were 91.0%, 82.6% and 82.5%, respectively.
