摘要
在原有油田采出水处理工艺技术的基础上,设计并构建了新的采出水处理工艺。该工艺应用了先进的高效衡压浅层气浮技术和中空超滤膜技术,其工艺流程为:来水→氧化除硫装置→衡压浅层气浮→海滤石过滤→双膨胀精细过滤→中空超滤膜→出水。经该工艺处理后,水中油含量为痕迹,悬浮物固体含量平均值为0.32mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值平均值为0.82μm,达到了特低渗透油田回注水含油量≤5mg/L、悬浮物固体含量≤1mg/L、悬浮物粒径中值≤1μm的标准。
New produced water treatment technologies were designed on the basis of existing facilities. The process adopted efficient steady-pressure shallow air-floating and hollow ultrafiltration membrane. Firstly the wastewater entered into oxidation desulfurizing equipment,and then into the steady-pressure shallow air-floating equipment,thirdly into coarse filter,fourthly into fine filter,fifthly into hollow ultrafiltration membrane,finally the treated water came out. The oil content in the treated water was trace,the suspended substance content was 0.32mg/L averagely,the grain diameter median could reach 0.82μm averagely. The treated water conformed to the injection water standard for the low-permeable oilfields,that was 'the oil content should be less than or equal to 5mg/L,the suspended substance content should be less than or equal to 1mg/L,the grain diameter median should be less than or equal to 1μm'.
