摘要
针对煤矿大量使用的液压支架、单体液压支柱和液压驱动装载机等需要一种自动化性能高的液压元器件综合性能试验台,提出一种YCS-05矿用液压综合性能试验台的设计方案。该方案用传感器进行数据的采集,合理的电器和液压系统,以及组态人性化软件的专用数据处理仪进行试验台的数据处理和分析结果输出。该设计使现场检验液压元器件性能时,自动绘制压力曲线、流量曲线、压差曲线、温度曲线、交互曲线等,以及数据U盘转存和打印出图成为可能。
