摘要 研究和设计了一种采用电液比例调速阀控制的下运带式输送机液压调速制动系统,分析了该系统的制动工作原理及制动流程。依据实际工况,设计了一种模糊自适应PID控制器来控制电液比例调速阀阀口的开口量,实现系统的安全、平稳制动。 Research and design a hydraulic speed regulating braking system for downward belt conveyor with using electro - hydraulic proportional valve, analyze the principle of the braking system and the braking process. According to actual conditions, design a fuzzy adaptive PID controller to control the openings of the elec- tro - hydraulic proportional valve port, implementing a safe and smooth braking.
