摘要 目的探讨记忆康复训练对改善老年痴呆患者认知功能的影响。方法30例老年痴呆患者在接受常规治疗和护理的同时,进行连续3月的记忆康复训练。采用简易智力状况检查进行效果评定。结果记忆康复训练后患者认知功能明显改善。简易智力状况检查结果:训练前轻度缺损11例、重度缺损19例,训练后正常6例、轻度缺损13例、重度缺损11例,经x2CMH检验,P<0.05。结论记忆康复训练可以促进老年痴呆患者认知功能的康复。 Objective To study the effect of memory recovery training on cognitive function of patients with alzheimer disease. Method 30 patients with alzheimer disease take memory recovery training for 3 months on the basis of routine treatment and nursing care. Assess the effect by mini - mental state examination. Result The cognitive function of patients with alzheimer disease is obviously improved after memory recovery training. There are 11 cases of slight defects and 19 cases of heavy defects before memory recovery training. There are 6 cases of recovery, 13 cases of slight defects and 11 cases of heavy defects after training. X^2CMH test shows that P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Memory recovery training can improve the recovery of cognitive function for patients with alzheimer disease.
