摘要
利用三维设计软件UG5.0对塑料产品进行了建模及注射模设计,并进行了型腔加工程序的编制;同时用CAE分析软件MoldFlow Plastics Insight5.0对产品进行了注射时的模流分析。通过分析表明,在塑料产品注射模设计制造中应用CAD/CAE/CAM技术,可以缩短生产周期,减少工人劳动强度,获得最佳的产品质量。
The UG5.0 software was used to design product's model, designed the injection mold,and programmed the NC codes for machining mold cavity. At the same time, applying MoldFlow Plastics InsightS.0 software to analyze the flow of plastic when injecting. Result proved that applying CAD/CAE/CAM technology into the process of injection mold could cut production cycle, reduce worker's work intensity, and get the optimal quality of product.
