摘要
采用金相分析、硬度检测等方法,对断裂的注射机螺杆进行了失效分析。结果表明:基体材质不良和热处理不当是导致螺杆断裂的主要原因。
It analyzed the fracture failure of the screw of injection machine by means of metallographic analysis and hardness testing. The results showed that the fracture of the screw was mainly caused by the poor quality and the unsuitable heat treatment.
