摘要
应用型人才的培养应与社会的需要联系起来。学校首先应根据实际情况确立办学目标,然后通过教育教学改革、加强师资队伍建设等措施,完善教学设施,提高教学质量,为培养应用型人才打好基础,最终实现办学目标。
Applied personnel training should be linked with the needs of the society. First, Universities should establish schooling goals according to the fact. Then Universities should perfect teaching facilities and improve teaching quality so as to make a good foundation for applied personnel training and achieve the schooling goals through some measures such as reforming teaching strengthening faculty building, ect.
