工会是否提高了工人的福利?--来自12个城市的证据 被引量:121

摘要 基于全国12个城市1268家企业的调查数据,本文估计了工会在事关工人福利的三个方面上的作用。我们借助工具变量控制了工会与工人福利之间的内生性。回归结果显示,工会能够显著地提高工人的小时平均工资、缩短每月平均工作时间,并提高企业养老保险覆盖率。这一结论在国内私营企业的子样本中仍是成立的。进一步,我们建立起了工会作用的两条途径,即通过签署集体工资协议和劳动合同来改善工人的福利。
