摘要
随着《国际卫生条例(2005)》在中国生效并实施,中国国境口岸突发公共卫生事件应急法制体系的建设需要不断完善。因此应深入研究《国际卫生条例(2005)》的要求,分析中国现有相关法律制度,结合中国实情,尽快建立起一个与《国际卫生条例(2005)》相适应的口岸突发公共卫生事件应急法制保障体系。
The law system for public health emergencies in frontier ports should be improved because of the implement of International Health Regulations （2005） in our country. Do research on International Health Regulation （2005）, analyze native current health law system, set up a law system for public health emergencies and make it suitable to International Health Regulations （2005）, all of the above is very meaningful and needed nowadays.
