摘要
研究具有开发前景的防霉剂富马酸单乙酯的合成工艺条件。以马来酸酐为起始原料,AlCl3为异构化催化剂,经酯化反应、异构化反应合成了富马酸单乙酯。富马酸单乙酯合成的适宜工艺条件为:酯化反应温度为60℃,酯化反应时间为2.5h,异构化反应温度为90℃,异构化反应时间2.5h,催化剂用量为2.5g/mol,总收率为91.3%。目标化合物经元素分析、红外光谱和质谱确证。该合成方法可行,适宜于工业化生产。
The synthetic conditions of antimicrobial preservative monoethyl fumarate were studied. Monoethyl fumarate was synthesized with maleic anhydride through the esterification and isomerization. The optimal condition was as follows: esterification temperature 60 ℃, esterification time 2.5 h, isomerization temperature 90 ℃, isomerization time 2.5 h, catalyst dosage 2.5 g/mol. The yield of monoethyl fumarate was 91.3%. Moreover, the structure of monoethyl fumarate was characterized by elementary analysis, infrared spectrum and mass spectrum, and this synthetic method is feasible and suitable for industry .
