摘要 采用微生物法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中游离生物素含量的可行性。利用植物乳杆菌(ATCC No:8014)对生物素有很高灵敏性的特异性,定量测出婴幼儿配方乳粉中游离生物素的含量。测得的标准曲线在0.1~0.6ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),标准品回收率在102.15%~102.28%之间,RSD为2.97%(n=5)。该方法重现性好,可用于婴幼儿配方乳粉中游离生物素的质量控制。 Strength the reliability of determining the assay for biotin in infant formula milk power by microbiological method. The biotin in infant formula milk power was determined with lactobacillus plantarum (ATCC No:8014), which was sensitive to the biotin in materials. The interrelating coefficient of the standard curve was good (r = 0. 999 1 ) in the range of 0.1 - 0.6 ng/mL. The recovery rates were between 102.15% - 102.28% , and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.97% (n = 5 ). The method was established, which had good reproducibility for control of biotin in infant formula milk power.
