摘要
在当前构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下,怎样实现司法公正已成为一个日益突出的问题。就我国目前状况而言,司法公正尚未真正和全面实现,要实现司法公正,首先必须弄清什么是司法公正。司法公正的含义长期以来处于一种模糊不清的状态,从而影响了人们对司法公正问题的认识和理解。笔者在对司法和公正的含义进行科学分析的基础上,对司法公正的含义作出了准确的界定。
How realizing impartial judicature is already becoming a gradually outstanding problem under the background of building a harmonious society of socialism at present. As for the present situation in china, the impartial judicature hasn＇ t really and comprehensivly been realized. To realize the impartial judicature, we must make clear what the impartial judicature is. In a long time, the meaning of the impartial judicature is in an indistinct state ,which affects people＇ s considering and understanding about the impartial judicature. At the base of scientifically analyzing the meaning of the judicature and justice, the author accuratly analyzing the meaning of the impartial judicature.
