摘要
[目的]探讨拟南芥生长的最适宜pH值。[方法]以模式植物拟南芥为材料,用人工控制pH值的方法,研究了不同pH值对拟南芥种子萌发及植株生长发育的影响。[结果]当pH值为6.5时,拟南芥种子萌发速度最快,叶片的叶绿素含量和株高最高,分别为53.04spad和24.5 cm;当pH值为5.5时,拟南芥主根相对伸长量最大,为6.2 cm。[结论]拟南芥生长的最适宜pH值为6.5,pH过高或过低均不利于拟南芥的生长。
[ Objective ] The most appropriate pH value for Arabidopsis thaliana growth was experimented. [ Method ] The Arabidopsis thaliana was used as experimental materials and the method of artificial control of pH value was used to study the effects of different pH values on seed germination, plant growth and development of Arabidopsis. [ Results] When the pH value was 6.5, the Arabidopsis seed germination was the fastest and the leaf chlorophyll content and the maximum height were 53.04 spad and 24.5 cm, respectively. When the pH value was 5.5, the relative elongation of main root of Arabidopsis thaliana was maximum value (6.2 cm). [ Conclusion ] The most appropriate pH value for Arabi- dopsis thaliana growth was 6.5, and too high or too low pH value was not conducive to the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana.
