摘要
[目的]筛选出香石竹切花保鲜的较佳保鲜液。[方法]配制2%洗洁精、4%洗洁精、6%蔗糖和0.02%硼酸4种保鲜液,研究不同保鲜液处理的香石竹切花的鲜重、花径、瓶插寿命。[结果]0.02%硼酸保鲜液在瓶插前期能增加香石竹切花的鲜重,峰值出现在瓶插第4天,为12.61 g。6%蔗糖保鲜液处理的香石竹切花鲜重下降,但下降速度缓慢。6%蔗糖保鲜液增大香石竹切花花径的效果最好,峰值出现在瓶插第10天,为6.4 cm,其次是0.02%硼酸保鲜液处理,峰值出现在瓶插第9天。6%蔗糖保鲜液和0.02%硼酸保鲜液能明显延长香石竹切花的瓶插寿命,均达到16 d。[结论]0.02%硼酸保鲜液和6%蔗糖保鲜液可延长香石竹切花的瓶插寿命,增大切花花径,提高切花观赏品质。
[Objective] The study was to screen out the better fresh-keeping solution for fresh-keeping of cut flowers of carnation. [ Method ] 4 kinds of fresh-keeping solution such as 2% and 4% detergent, 6% sucrose and 0.02% boric acid were prepared to study the fresh weight, flower diameter and vase life of cut flowers of carnation treated by different fresh-keeping solution. [ Result ] Fresh-keeping solution of 0.02% boric acid could increase the fresh weight of cut flowers of carnation at early stage of vase holding and its peak appeared on the 4th day, being 12.61g. The fresh weight of cut flowers of carnation treated by fresh-keeping solution of 6% sucrose was decreased, but the descending speed was slow. Fresh-keeping solution of 6% sucrose had the best effect on increasing the flower diameter of eamation and its peak appeared on the 10th day, being 6.4 cm, the following was the treatment with fresh-keeping solution of 0.02% boric acid and its peak appeared on the 9th day. The fresh-keeping solution of 6% sucrose and 0.02% boric acid all could significantly delay the vise life of cut flowers of carnation, all reaching 16d. [Conclusion] The fresh-keeping solution of 6% sucrose and 0.02% boric acid all could delay vise life, increase flower diameter and improve ornamental quality of the cut flowers of carnation.
