摘要
本文针对新时期军队医院各类聘用人员的管理与教育机制进行了初步探讨。分析了现行管理方法存在的弊端,提出管理与教育的思路和目标,对健全规章制度,解决管理工作中责权不清、用人随意、教育针对性弱、非编人员归属感不强等问题进行探索。
It was discussed that the management mechanism of un - authorized personnel in a hospital, and then the abuses in present management method were analyzed as confusing in right and responsibility, weakness of adscription feeling, randomness in management. At last the ideas and target of management were discussed to improve management effects.
