摘要
独立设置医学院校作为我国高等医学教育的特殊群体,还存在一些制约其科技创新的因素。进一步提高科技创新能力,必须重视人才队伍建设,创新科技人力资源的管理;遵循科学发展规律,凝练学科发展方向;积极改善硬件条件,着力构建共享平台;加强科技管理体制创新,完善科技创新激励机制,加快科技成果转化的速度。
As a special entity of high education, independent medical colleges are constrained by many factors in scientific and technological innovation. In order to further promote the scientific and technological innovation capability, some measures must be em- phasized, such as constructing talents team, innovating human resource management, developing the scientific research infrastructure followed the scientific development rules, strengthening the management system innovation, and perfecting the incentive mechanism, which can speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
