摘要
载荷测试及载荷谱编制能为车辆及其零部件的疲劳试验提供加载方法,也为疲劳寿命的科学估算提供依据。以国产B型轿车前桥为研究对象,在标准EVP试验路上进行载荷谱样本采集获取目标响应信号,基于远程参数控制技术在道路模拟实验中对载荷谱进行重构,建立了载荷谱重构的标准流程。
Load spectrum measurement and establishment for vehicles' parts and components can not only provide loading method for fatigue test, but also provide scientific basis for fatigue life estimates. During the research of domestie B-type ears' front axle, we have acquired load spectrum samples and objective response signal by the standard EVP tests. Load spectrum reconstructions in the road simulation experiment and the standard processes of reconstruction have been made by remote parameter control technology.
