摘要
利用示差扫描热分析(DSC)的方法研究了形状记忆合金(SMA)的相变特性,并对其热力学性能进行了测试分析,获得了马氏体和奥氏体状态下的弹性模量,采用表观设计法设计了形状记忆合金弹簧动作器,为形状记忆合金弹簧动作器驱动的结构设计和分析提供理论基础。
It investigated the phase change characteristics of SMA spring by the method of DSC . Furthermore, the thermodynamic characteristics of SMA spring was test to obtain the modulus of martensite phase and austenite phase, design the shape memory alloy spring actuator by the method of apparent design. The results of study provide a theoretical foundation for design and analysis on the structure which driven by the shape memory alloy spring actuator.
