摘要
排气系统由于受到路面和发动机的激励,其振动能量通过橡胶吊挂传递到车体上,从而影响整车NVH性能。针对某车排气系统传递到车体振动过大问题,用有限元分析的方法进行模态分析,发现排气系统的吊挂位置选择不适当。通过改变排气系统的悬挂点的位置,减小了排气系统振动对底板的影响,从而提升了整车的NVH性能。
Under the excitation of road surface and engine ,the vibration energy of the exhaust system will be transferred to the body of the car. Subsequently,it will affect the NVH performance of the car. Aimed at the problem that the energy which is transferred to body of the car from exhaust system is strong, the modal analysis of the exhaust is carried out using finite element method. We can find the suspender positions are not reasonable. By changing the positions ,the vibration transferred to the body of the car from exhaust system is reduced. Accordingly,the NVH performance of the car is improved.
