摘要
分析了馆读冲突的心理学成因和当代大学生的心理特点,论述了高校图书馆如何利用读者心理规避馆读冲突。
This paper has analyzed the psychological cause of conflict between librarian and readers and the psychological characteristic of present-day university students, and discussed university library how to avoid conflicts by using the mentality of readers.
