摘要
利用离心分油试验机、油浴滴点测定仪和酸碱滴定仪分别考察了静态热老化对锂-钙基润滑脂胶体性能的影响。研究发现,随热老化时间延长,锂-钙基润滑脂的离心分油率和滴点都逐渐减小,酸值逐渐增加。通过扫描电镜分析发现影响锂-钙基础脂胶体结构稳定性的关键因素是皂纤维之间的作用力,热老化后,纤维间的连接作用力减弱,纤维变得松散,甚至部分有断链的迹象,造成部分游离油转变为毛细管油和膨化油,分油率降低。同时,皂纤维对基础油的束缚减弱,滴点下降。
The influence of static thermal degradation on colloidal performance of Lithium-Calcium base grease was studied by the centrifugal oil separation test, dropping point test and acid number test. It is lound that, with me increase of thermal degradation time, the centrifugal oil separation and dropping point of Lithium-Calcium base grease decrease and acid number increases. The SEM test shows that force among fibers is the essential to the stability of Lithium-Calcium base grease colloidal performance. After thermal degradation, the force among fibers becomes weak and fibers become relaxation and rupture, the dissociation oil changes into capillary and tumefacient oil and the oil separation and dropping point decrease.
