摘要
采用非线性有限元分析方法对新型组合式炮膛密封结构的橡胶密封圈和各密封元件之间的接触应力和变形进行了分析。通过分析橡胶密封结构的材料本构关系和非线性工作状态建立了模型,利用ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件对模型进行了求解,得到了在高温高压火药气体作用下密封结构的静态变形和接触应力分布。结果表明,该新型组合式密封结构可以满足280 MPa高压火药气体的密封要求。
The contact stress and distortion for the rubber seal ring and each seal parts in a new combined barrel seal structure was analyzed using non-linear finite element analysis method. The computation model of seal structure under the non-linearity active status was established through analysing the construction relations of rubber material, the solution to model was carried on using the ABAQUS software which is good at non-linear finite element analysis, the static distortion and contact stress distribution of the seal structure produced by high temperature and high pressure powder gases were obtained. The result indicates that the new combined seal structure may satisfy the work requirement of 280 MPa high pressure powder gases.
