摘要
介绍Cypress公司的CMOS图像传感器IBIS5-A-1300的特点以及卷帘快门工作模式,并以其为成像核心,以MaxⅡ系列CPLD芯片EPM570T144C5为平台,搭建CMOS成像系统。采用有限状态机的方法设计并实现了系统在卷帘快门模式下的驱动时序。提供了设计方法、流程,进行了系统仿真、分析和成像实验,由所得结果可以证明该方法效果较好。
Introduced the characteristic and the rolling shutter of CMOS image sensor IBISS-A-1300 of Cypress company, and build CMOS image system, which regard IBIS5-A-1300 as the imaging core, and use Max Ⅱ series CPLD chip EPM570T144C5 as the imaging platform are presented. Design and implement the time sequence driving for the image system in rolling shutter are apply finite state machine. Giving design and flow, carrying out the system emulating, analyzing and experiment are presented too, which proves the method is better.
