莱钢20CrMnTiH钢淬透性带宽的原因分析与控制 被引量:1

摘要 莱钢生产的20CrMnTiH钢成分波动较大,淬透性带8~10HRC,范围较宽,这制约齿轮钢质量档次的进一步提高。通过对试样横截面的硬度测试及铸坯成分分析,发现铸坯碳偏析为主要问题。通过在冶炼过程中严格控制化学成分,执行分带生产、增加电磁搅拌等措施后,C控制在0.19%~0.22%的炉次达到了95.6%,淬透性带控制在6HRC内的达到了92.1%,在4HRC内的达到了86.2%,提高了产品质量,满足了用户需求。 The component fluctuation of 20CrMnTiH steel produced by Laiwu Steel was larger and the hardenability bands was 8 - 10 HRC, which restrained gear steel from improving quality grade further. Through testing the hardness of sample cross-section and the component analysis of strands, the carbon segregation in the strand was a major problem. By strictly controlling the chemical composition in smehing process, producing by levels and increasing electromagnetic stirring etc, the heats which carbon content was controlled in 0.19%-0.22% reached 95.6%; hardenability bands within 6 HRC reached the 92.1% and within 4 HRC reached 86.2%; improving product quality to meet the user' s needs.
