摘要
喷油正时和喷油量控制精度除了和喷油器电磁阀本身的特性参数有关外,还与其驱动电路的设计有关。对电磁阀的功率驱动是决定其响应时间的关键因素,设计的驱动模块采用高电压、大电流来对电磁阀的开启加以控制,随后采用低电压、小电流的PWM波维持导通,满足了高压共轨喷油器电磁阀驱动的要求。
To control injection timing and injection quantity precisely, it not only depends on the related characteristic parameter of common rail diesel solenoid valve, but also concerns with its design of driving circuit. To the solenoid valve response time, the key aspect is to design power driving model, which is designed with high voltage, strong current to control opening of solenoid and the then is conducted with low voltage, low current PWM. The experiment showed that the model is satisfied with the requirements of driving of solenoid valve for common rail oil injector.
