透明质酸对兔间接性颞下颌关节损伤后髁突软骨增殖能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨透明质酸对兔间接性颞下颌关节损伤后关节软骨增殖能力的影响。方法选用新西兰白兔36只,分为透明质酸治疗组、泼尼松龙治疗组、损伤对照组和正常对照组。切除标本通过组织化学染色方法观察。结果损伤后3 d髁突前斜面增殖带透明质酸治疗组增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)阳性细胞较泼尼松龙治疗组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。7、309、0 d时,透明质酸治疗组PCNA阳性细胞计数较泼尼松龙治疗组多(P<0.01),损伤后3、7、309、0 d,PCNA阳性细胞注射盐水组与损伤对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论透明质酸对髁突软骨细胞的分布、数量均有促进作用,优于泼尼松龙,透明质酸促进损伤修复的作用显著。 Objective To study the effects of hyaluronic acid(HA) on condylar cartilage proliferation after temporomandibular joint(TMJ) trauma by established animal models with the indirect TMJ trauma. Methods Thirty-six New Zealand white rabbits were beaten at the mandibular body by a 4 kg hammer to establish indirect TMJ trauma animal models. Then they were divided into 3 groups of 12 rabbits each, Twelve rabbits were injected with HA at the bilateral TMJ (group HA) ; Twelve rabbits were injected with prednisolone(PL) at the bilateral TMJ (group PL) ; Twelve rabbits were injected with 0.9% saline only at .the left TMJ (group SC), and nothing injected at the right side (group TC). All animals were sacrificed respectively at the 3rd,7th,30th and 90th days after trauma. Another 2 rabbits without trauma were killed used as the normal control. immunohistochemical me HA was not different fro 30th and 90th days HA proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was detected by thod. Results The number of PCNA- positive cartilage cells in group HA was not different from that in group PL at the 3rd days after trauma(P〉0.05); At 7th, 30th and 90th days HA has an obvious effect on indirect TMJ trauma, the number of positive PCNA cartilage cells in HA were more than those in group PL( P〈0.01). Conclusion HA promoted proliferating ability of condylar cartilage cell after TMJ trauma, HA was more effective than PL in treating indirect TMJ trauma.
