摘要
文中首先阐释"三区联动"创新网络的内涵,然后对城市创新系统相关理论进行综述;接着通过模型分析"三区联动"区域创新网络在城市创新系统中的地位和作用,以更好地提高"三区联动"区域创新网络以及城市创新系统的创新能力。
Firstly introduce the implication of ＂3 - Zone Interaction＂ innovation network, and then review and summarize the relative theories about civic innovation system. In the followed, with a model the authors analyze the position and significance of ＂3 - Zone Interaction＂ innovation network in the civic innovation system in order to improve the innovation ability of ＂3 -Zone Interaction＂ innovation network and civic innovation systems.
