摘要
本文以东风汽车有限公司为案例研究对象,首先对于动态能力的内涵以及纬度进行了文献研究,然后使用"质性研究"方法对动态能力与企业竞争优势的关联性进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:企业需要通过转移或复制协调及整合管理惯例以建立竞争优势;并且通过组织学习复制和转移惯例以建立学习型企业文化,进而提高企业竞争优势;与此同时,企业还需要适应环境的变化重构和转变原有的惯例集合,从而促进企业竞争优势的发展。总体而言,动态能力显著正向影响企业竞争优势。
This study collects data from the biggest joint venture of Chinese automotive industry. Building on the literatures and qualitative researches on the interrelationship between dynamic capabilities and enterprise' s competitive advantage, the paper systematically proposes the main components of dynamic capability and puts forward some relevant propositions between dynamic capabilities and enterprise' s competitive advantage. Firstly, the study finds that coordination and integration process is positively related to enterprise' s competitive advantage. Secondly, the study finds that organizational learming process is the base of enterprise' s competitive advantage. Finally, the study finds that enterprise' s competitive advantage is driven by the reconfiguration and transformation process. In general, dynamic capability is positively affect enterprise' s competitive advantage.
