摘要
立足行政审判实践,总结信访行政案件的主要类型,并分析诱发行政案件信访的根本原因、社会原因、体制原因以及人为原因,在此基础上,提出控制和减少信访行政案件的解决路径。
With the administrative trial practices, this paper sums up the main types of letters - and - visits administrative cases, analyzes the causes leading to those cases such as social cause, system cause and personal cause. With a good acknowledgement of the main types and causes of letters - and - visits administrative cases, this paper provides some resolving methods to control and reduce such cases.
